Dark garnet color and a lot of presence. In its aromas, balsamics stand out with slightly smoky and soot notes, as well as spices such as cloves or tobacco. When you aerate the glass, the red fruits awaken in a very expressive way: blackberry jam, red plum and we also find quince and forest herbs that round out the different scents. In the mouth it has a very attractive freshness, the fruit stands out surrounded by powerful tannins that give it a lot of body. Finally, its long persistence gives harmony to the whole ensemble. Its production process has been done keeping its natural characteristics as much as possible and it is possible that the bottle should be decanted.
